Machine Relocation

Week 1: Machine, loader and automation all relocated successfully. Week 2 and machine no 2 starts today.
         

 

 

         

 

 

         

Week 2: Machine, automation cell and all associated ancillary equipment relocated successfully and handed back to production on time. Week 3 and machine no 3 starts today.

         
   
         
   
         
Week 3: Machine, automation cell and all associated ancillary equipment relocated successfully and handed back to production on time. Week 4 and machines no 4 & 5 began yesterday. These next 2 weeks are particularly challenging as we are relocating 2 machines per week and must return them to production within the same time frame.
         
   
         
   
         
Week 4: 2 x Machines, automation cells, rough stock loader and all associated ancillary equipment relocated to their new locations successfully and handed back to production on time.
Week 5 and machines no 6 & 7 begins today.
         
   
         
   
         
   
         
Week 5: 2 x Machines, automation cells, rough stock loader and all associated ancillary equipment relocated to their new locations successfully and handed back to production on time.
Week 6 and machines no 6,7,8,9,10 & 11 begins today.
         
   
         
   
         
   
         
Week 6: 2 x Machines, automation cells and all associated ancillary equipment relocated to their new locations successfully and handed back to production on time. Whilst our clients facility is in a shutdown period we are also relocating all of the machines extract systems and associated high level extraction ducting.
Week 7 is under way with welfare facilities being relocated, machine commissioning, overhead crane relocations and ancillary equipment moves still on the agenda.
         
   
         
   
         
   
         
       
         
Week 7: All relocated machines and automated loaders are now in position along with all associated oil coolant delivery systems and extraction units. Next week is the final week of this project with all extraction ducting, welfare areas, gauge benches, pallet stands, floor painting of vacated areas, overhead hoist system and final commissioning to be completed ready for handover to our client for full production.
