Machine Tool Relocation

Day 2:
Final preparations and the machine relocation has been completed successfully today. The vacated area has also been prepared for epoxy floor painting tomorrow along with installing the machines air, extraction, electrical and data supplies.

Day 3:
Machine services (air, extraction, electrics & data) installed and machine levelled and aligned. The vacated area has now been epoxy floor painted ready for future use. Tomorrow the machine will be commissioned/re-programmed in its new position ready for use in full production on Tuesday morning.

Day 4:
Machine tool was handed back to our client ahead of schedule and will be ready for production tomorrow morning as planned. CDM fencing was removed and all areas thoroughly cleaned prior to hand over.
